ROYAL Annecy Apparthôtel

The kitchenette had everything we needed, and some rooms have balconies. There’s also a lovely terrace overlooking Notre Dame. We found the staff warm and professional, especially our hostess Svetlana, along with Pierre Vincente and Phillipe, who were so helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is right in the heart of Annecy, with clean, comfortable rooms, great amenities, a well-stocked buffet breakfast, an exercise room, laundry, and private parking. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable.

The one snag was finding the hotel by car. Google Maps showed the right location, but once we started driving it sent us to another street about 100 meters away. It took quite a while to find the place. The staff said they knew about the issue, so hopefully they'll give clearer arrival directions to future guests. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay in Annecy. The location was excellent, breakfast was very good and fairly priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On-site parking was convenient and reasonably priced.

Our ground-floor one-bedroom, No 8, was very quiet and had everything we needed, with plenty of room, cabinets, hangers, and kitchen equipment. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and would happily stay here again. We enjoyed every minute and didn't need parking. Privilodges is in Centre Ville, a 10-minute walk from the lake and even closer to Vieille Ville. The train station is also within walking distance. Reception was excellent, especially Philippe, and the quick replies to our questions before arrival were great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

For a one-night stay, the room was a good size for opening our luggage and moving around, even if it wasn't spacious. It was clean and economical, and we'd stay again. The desk clerk was lovely and helpful. The price felt fair for the location right by the old town, with cafes, bakeries, and restaurants close by. We didn't use the kitchen, though we would have on a longer stay. Paid parking could be booked on site and seemed fairly priced given how little parking there is in the old town. Getting to the hotel entrance and car park by car was a little tricky because of the one-way streets nearby.
