We rented bikes at the hotel and rode around the lake. It turned into one of the best days of our vacation. The staff were so friendly and had great suggestions for restaurants, cafés, and excursions. Breakfast was plentiful and very good, and the cozy garden is a lovely spot to eat or have a glass of wine. The hotel feels like an oasis, in a peaceful, convenient part of Annecy.
The hosts were kind and happy to help, and the location was great. Our room was comfortable, clean, and nice. We had a baby with us, and the room was exceptionally well equipped: a changing pad, bottle warmer, crib, and mini fridge.
Our room was spotless and tidy, and the hotel was nicely presented. It’s tucked into a quiet residential area, yet only a stone’s throw from the station. I fell in love with Annecy. I bet you will too.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and good, and breakfast had good quality food. The old town is lovely and not too far away. It’s expensive, but that’s Annecy. I paid extra for a locked garage for my motorcycle, then found out when leaving that it hadn’t been locked during either of my two nights there. That was disappointing and cost a star. Luckily, the bike and everything I’d left on it were still there.
The staff made us feel special for our honeymoon, which we really appreciated. We also slept well because it was so quiet at night. Les Terrasses is an easy walk from the train station, and getting to the old city and lake on foot was simple. Our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend it in Annecy.
