T3 Neuf Triangle d’Or : Annecy Green

We spent four nights here with three adults during the third leg of our France road trip, and it was a great base for exploring Annecy. The bright apartment had a usable balcony with furniture, a large living room, kitchenette, and big fridge. It was very clean overall, though there were a few marks on the tablecloth under the dining table. The building looked nice and clean, and security was very good: the stairwell, lift, garage, main entrance, and gate were all well secured. In the 38°C heat, the fan in the apartment was necessary. The city center was a 10-20 minute walk away. There was a separate parking space behind another garage door, though the garage itself wasn't large. Book that separately. Be aware that there's a weekend market in the area. The district is closed to vehicles from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, so you can't enter or leave during those hours. We paid the €300 security deposit in cash on arrival and got it back when we left. Remember to arrange the handover by phone with the service, then they'll send the details and code. Thanks for a great stay.
