We slept in spacious, comfortable rooms, and breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jams and apple juice. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and gave us great suggestions for visiting Strasbourg and Colmar. Thanks so much for making the stay so enjoyable.

I’ll always remember this place. It has a spacious garden, a romantic entrance, and a hearty breakfast. It’s also where my eldest daughter-in-law's home is located. A historic French site rebuilt after World War I and II.

The huge property and beautifully landscaped garden suited us perfectly. It’s very rural and peaceful in Anould, with just one quiet residential street nearby. We’d specifically chosen the area for its quiet, so it was exactly right for us. Our host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and gave us detailed tips on nearby attractions. Breakfast was excellent, with tasty French pastries, the best homemade jam, a lovely rhubarb tart, and delicious homemade apple juice. There was a crib for our infant, and the room was big enough for our family. The one drawback was that the double bed felt a bit small. We were also disappointed that the house rules didn’t allow us to eat or drink on the lovely balcony overlooking the greenery.
