I’ve rented from Agence du Tanit several times over the past two years. Each apartment has been even nicer in person than in the website photos, and the cleanliness has always been perfect, as good as or better than a top-rated hotel. The agency’s service has been outstanding every time, well beyond what I expected. Renting abroad with a language barrier can feel overwhelming, but Christelle speaks fluent English and she and her team make the process easy. Once you’re in the apartment, requests are handled right away, whether it’s replacing a light bulb or arranging cleaning. I wish every business ran like Agence du Tanit! Five plus stars. We rented an apartment for six at the end of August in both 2024 and 2025. It was clean and very comfortable. L'Agence du Tanit kindly let us check in early. I absolutely recommend this real estate agency for vacation rentals.

The location is pretty convenient, close to the beach at Juan le.pins, but it was unfortunately so noisy in the morning that resting or sleeping was impossible. This agency rents private studios, which are also listed on booking. You need to clean the apartment before checkout, and no other service is included. Towels and sheets cost extra on top of the listed price. Bring your own toilet paper, detergents, and sponges for cleaning, or the agency can do it for 40€.

The sandy beach was good, and lots of places to visit are nearby, with Cannes or Monaco about 20 minutes away. But the hotel administration kept €50 even though we left the apartment as clean as we found it.

We were really pleased with the beautiful apartment and its fantastic view, and it was well maintained too. The location is top notch, so we’ll be back and would definitely recommend it. If you’re coming by car, you’ll need to rent a garage, since there’s only one parking space at the property.
