Hôtel des Mimosas

We had to leave and find another hotel. The room we were given was dirty, had bugs, and looked nothing like the website photos. Its window was shared with the hotel kitchen. After we complained, we were rudely offered a similar room for an extra charge. The manager never came when we asked to speak with them. We requested a full refund but received only one night’s refund. The service and cleanliness were beyond reproach.

We stayed six nights at the end of June, and this hotel was just right for us. The terrace room was neat and tidy, with a great view over the pool. The pool area was lovely too, and the beach, Juan-Les-Pins, and Antibes were all close enough to walk to. Staff were welcoming and friendly the whole time. I’d definitely recommend it!

The location and price were two of the best things about the stay, along with the French Riviera charm. It’s close to the beach, has plenty of free parking, a lovely pool, and a well-kept property. Service was perfect, and the air conditioning was especially welcome during the summer 2023 heatwave. Our room was a little dated but adequate, and we loved having a private balcony for breakfast each morning. The shower pressure was a bit of a problem. An overhead waterfall shower might help make that less noticeable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a traditional, charming hotel, with beautiful gardens and a pool. A peaceful, tranquil place for a holiday, especially if you’re tired of modern hotels that can feel dull and soulless.
