The rooms are nice and the location is good for visiting Juan les Pins and the surrounding area. If your room faces the street, it can be a bit noisy, so it’s worth asking for one at the back. Also check the towel and cleaning policy: with the residence option, they only clean and provide fresh towels after four days. Overall, a good hotel.

Good value and a great location. My room was a little dusty at first, but I had my own slippers, so it was fine. There’s a Casino supermarket at one end of the road and a really nice boulangerie at the other. The ice cream parlor just outside is amazing and a must-try.

For a summer holiday on the Côte d'Azur, this is a good spot to relax and get around. Bus stops and the train station are nearby, as are public and private beaches. The family apartments are on the third floor, and the soundproof windows keep most of the noise from the street restaurants out. Shops, including Casino supermarket, are close by too. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out and, by French standards, quite large at about 50m2. I recommend it for a summer break.

We stayed in one of the top rooms with our three children and felt very welcome and at home. The staff were super friendly, and reception gave us great support and advice. The beach is well located nearby, and it’s easy to travel to Monaco, Nice and Cannes. It was also reasonable value compared with some other places.
