The hotel looks modern and was very clean, with friendly staff. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable, though the convertible couch wasn’t. The balcony was big enough to eat on, but the view wasn’t great. I thought the charges for clean sheets and towels were high, although there is a laundry room. The heated pool on the top floor has a great view, while the sauna costs extra. The gym is very basic, and its only weight machine was broken. Since places of interest are far from the hotel, I’d recommend staying here if you have a car. The underground parking is nice.

We were so disappointed with this place during our six-night honeymoon. It might look like a four-star hotel from the outside and in the lobby, but the stay itself was nowhere near what was advertised. Our room was tiny, the mattress was poor and uncomfortable, and there was a bad smell the whole time. The cleanliness, comfort and general care were all lacking. Housekeeping came just once in six days. Extra cleaning costs €30, and fresh towels are €8. It felt like there was an extra charge for everything. We also had to leave a €100 deposit at check-in, with no clear reason given. They just said it would be returned after checkout. Breakfast was another letdown. We expected at least a decent French breakfast, but got stale croissants, low-quality coffee and very little choice. It was cheap and tasteless, and honestly, Starbucks in France serves a better breakfast. The only thing I was sad about at the end of the trip was that our vacation was over. I was glad to leave this hotel, though. They present it as four-star, but the experience falls far short, and I hope other people read this before making the same mistake. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. It isn’t worth your money, time or trust.

Matt was a real asset to the team and branch. From check-in through checkout, he made sure nothing was a problem, and he shared plenty of local knowledge and some places to visit that made our trip more memorable. The facilities were amazing too. I’ll definitely be back, and I wish the staff all the best. Couldn’t recommend a better hotel for your needs :)

The room wasn’t clean, and there’s no cleaning during your stay. Even fresh towels cost €8 per person, while room cleaning is almost €40. You have to take your own rubbish out as well. There’s also a large deposit due at check-in that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The location is okay, the hotel is new and most of the staff are nice. But with this level of cleanliness and these extra charges, I wouldn’t call it a four-star hotel.
