The pool is the real highlight. There’s a central handrail to help with getting in and out, and the new non-slip surface makes it accessible even for someone with a disability. The apartment itself is nice, fairly cool as a through-unit, and has two fans. But I booked a week ahead and the apartment cut my stay short by a week, which put me in a very difficult position. If you want to stay here, I’d deal directly with the apartment owners. Brokers and makeshift intermediaries can be greedy and unprofessional, so be careful.

There’s a pool at this residential complex, and the sea views are lovely. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, with a bus stop right outside. A park, bakery, and pharmacy are also nearby.

The sea view and little pool were about the only things that made the stay bearable. They call it a swimming pool, but it’s small. Getting into the apartments is a real nuisance, with at least five doors to unlock. Some take a Vigik card, others a key, and the elevator has yet another key. The elevator had been broken for 24 hours, and the underground parking levels don’t connect to the apartments by stairs, so carrying a stroller and groceries up was a real hassle. The hallways are narrow and dark, and even the emergency exits are locked with keys. The building is a huge block that reminded me of the social housing projects in La Courneuve. It felt very restrictive and anxiety-inducing.

The pool and the residence’s position facing the sea are its only good points. Reception was awful, and the staff were so unfriendly and hard to deal with that I can’t recommend this place at all.
