The location is very good and walkable, and the staff were helpful. For Antibes, the price is excellent value. Our room was compact and fairly basic, but clean and had all the essentials. Soundproofing could be better. Paying extra for a sea view was worth it, especially for breakfast on the balcony. I’d have liked olive oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen, though it was thoughtful of the hotel to leave dishwasher tabs and a few small cleaning products. I’d recommend it and would stay again. Antibes is a fantastic place to visit.

The balcony view was fantastic, and the location is perfect, just a few minutes from the main beach and the train station. The rooms were clean and had a bit of an old feel, even though they seemed partly renovated, but it was still a great stay. It’d be nice to have an iron and a kettle that actually works. :)

The neighborhood is gorgeous, with trees, flowers, lovely houses, and the beach, and the reception and cleaning staff were very kind. The bigger apartment was nice, and that area is so beautiful I’d come back for it. But the rooms were small, a bit dirty, and old. The bunk beds are for kids, not adults. I’ve stayed in hotel rooms bigger than the first apartment. If you’re four adults, book the one for six people. The other apartment just won’t fit you, unless everyone’s very skinny and only 1.50 m tall.

I was in Antibes for work and stayed here for a week. It’s one of the cheapest apartment hotels around, with very good value for money. The apartment was secure, with several coded gates, and inside it was fairly clean, basic but nice. The pools are quite small and couldn’t be used in early May. The sea is about a 10-minute walk in either direction. A decent choice if you want somewhere reasonably priced.

The French Riviera is wonderful, until you have to return to this “hotel.” I’ve seen bigger flats and better service in Lebanon 🇱🇧, and I don’t know where the hype around French culture comes from. That age must have passed long ago. After 20 years of travel, the French are among the laziest and least hospitable people I’ve encountered. You’d get better value, and people who appreciate your business, in any third world country other than France. You aren’t a customer here, you’re a paying employee. Check the checkout rules too: if you don’t wash your own dishes and take out your garbage, it’s 60 Euros. Don’t expect service. In my experience, French hospitality workers don’t provide hospitality and seem to work only 2-3 hours a day. For two adults and two kids, you get four towels total. More cost 10 Euro to rent. Room service, including fresh towels, is offered only on checkout day, so you’ll have to pay 6-8 Euro to wash your own towels and sheets.
