The apartment was simple but had what we needed, and the complex felt safe and pleasant. It's by a car-free plaza and very near the beach. Restaurants, a large supermarket, and a bus stop are all close by.

Handy for the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. The pool is nice, and the place feels very secure.
A good place to live, with all the services you need close by.
The residence itself is very nice, but the apartment was a letdown: old, worn furniture and very little equipment. There were no dishes, no allocated parking despite our request, and we got bunk beds even though we'd asked for separate ones. Reception was basic and gave us no explanation of how things worked. Nobody mentioned that it was open only on Saturdays. In short, I'd avoid this place.
The residence is clean and pleasant, with a gate that opens straight onto the beach and a shaded public park. There are two small supermarkets at the bottom of the grounds, with a bakery, bar, café, souvenirs, and other things. Restaurants are about a 20-minute walk in either direction, and there are children's attractions at the port. Parking is paid, and even finding a space is a real hassle since there aren't enough for all the rentals. The sea-view listing situation felt a little misleading from Odalys: three-quarters of those apartments are privately owned. Only rentals on the 1st and 2nd floors have garden views, which are magnificent, and pool views. Expect to pay over €4 for a quick meal.
