You can get to Cannes or Antibes in just a few minutes, with the beach at the end of the road and the train station in the other direction. The rooms are modest but comfortable, and the location is prime. The front desk staff are attentive and go out of their way to make the logistics easy and your stay special. Great value for money. A tip: the meal of the day at the train station is the best in town and usually under €10.

The location is excellent, near the rail station, a supermarket, and the beach. The room has a fridge, there’s a microwave on the second floor, and housekeeping came every day. Kenza, the manager, is nice. The rest was a letdown. It’s extremely small, the mattress is really thin and gave me back pain, and if you’re on the top floor there are a lot of stairs. The place was filthy, and my room wasn’t cleaned properly, with hairs, mold stains in the shower, and used soap left by the previous guest. The breakfast area looked as if the tables hadn’t been cleaned in a year, and I wouldn’t touch the “breakfast.” There’s usually no one at reception, which is a problem if something goes wrong. My shower drain was blocked, and nothing was done after I complained twice. I wouldn’t call it a hotel, more like a low-budget hostel. Don’t trust the online photos, it looks nothing like them. I regretted staying here. It’s expensive for what it is, so if you can, pay a little more and go to a proper hotel.

The location is amazing, only 100 m from the beach, and the staff are really friendly. Great value for money. I’d highly recommend it if you’re visiting Antibes.

It’s in a beautiful old town, and the staff are super helpful. There’s no lift, so pack light.
