The rooms were spacious, and the views were beautiful.

I was disappointed as soon as we arrived. One of the four sheets was dirty, the storage bin was full of dust and dead flies, and the shower fitting leaked while its nozzle was broken. I know this isn't a three- or four-star hotel, but there should still be a basic standard and some respect for customers, especially families with children. You should be able to count on the place having been cleaned. The resort itself does seem nice, though.

The residence is pleasant and its location puts us close to everything. The mattress quality, though, seemed average to me.

The village center is across from the tourist office, and there's no private parking. The ski bus stop is 20m away; it's free, comes every 20 minutes, and takes three minutes to reach the gondola. Just be aware reception is rarely open, usually only from 5pm to 7pm.

The receptionist was super friendly and very cute, but the beds were really bad. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor. There's no double glazing either, so there’s no insulation at all. That needs sorting out. At least the prices are affordable.
