Really nice, good-quality apartments.

We’ve just returned from our fourth stay and are always happy to come back. The apartments are roomy and comfortable, with ski-in/ski-out access, and the modern residence is well equipped. The staff are attentive and friendly. We’ll be back next year.

The bed was in full view of passersby, with uncovered windows and no privacy. The ground-floor apartment looked directly onto the parking lot, and exhaust fumes got into the bedroom. No solution or compensation was offered. For an establishment like this, those conditions are unacceptable, especially when you can’t guarantee the apartment’s location at the time of booking.

We visited in February, outside school holidays. The residence was quiet, clean, nicely decorated, and very well located. The apartments are spacious and tastefully furnished. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, so thanks to them. The sleeping setup was a real problem. The bedding and pillows were among the most uncomfortable I’ve come across. We had an apartment listed for 4 to 6 people, but it’s completely unsuitable for 4 adults because the living room sofa bed is awful. The children’s alcove is lovely, but getting to it means walking through the main bedroom, which is really inconvenient with a young child. I won’t get into the resort itself here. I already left a review about it. First and last time in Piau!
