We felt completely at ease at Le Bergerie, thanks in large part to Kristele’s kindness and personal attention. The calm, elegant feel runs through both the hotel and restaurant, and the welcome was warm from the moment we arrived. Chef Julien’s cooking was a highlight. Each course showed creativity, care, and real flavor, making dinner memorable. A lovely place to stay and eat. We’ll be back.

The pool and views were lovely, and the location made it easy to explore the area. We found it really good value, too. Our room was comfortable and clean, the food was excellent, and everyone gave us a wonderfully warm welcome. Highly recommended.

That pool was very welcome in the 38 degree heat! We stayed three nights and loved the food, with every wine pairing the staff chose working beautifully. The team were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

We came back for a second stay with our dog Blue, and the garden access straight from the room suits us perfectly. The beds are very comfortable, and we especially like the cotton bed linens. The location is lovely, with some great walks for dogs starting right outside. We also enjoyed the restaurant, and the staff are warm and friendly. We’ll stay again when we’re in the area.

What a find. After a scenic 20 minute drive from Carcassonne, you reach a small village and this lovely logis. The welcome was warm, and our room was fabulous, with a patio and a pool to cool off in on hot days. The in house restaurant serves a local menu, making this a destination not to miss.
