Chambres d'hôtes De Hoop

I found this little hotel while I was in the region collecting parts for a vintage French car, and it turned out to be a real gem. The couple who run it are clearly proud of what they've created. Dinner was wonderful, and breakfast the next morning was just as good. I'll definitely come back next year.

Sandra gave us great ideas for exploring the area, and we enjoyed meeting and talking with the other guests. The food was a real gourmet treat, with Executive chef Andre putting his skills to work for everyone. The rooms were comfortable, with a lovely mix of modern and vintage style. Sandra and Andre welcome you like family. This little hotel is charming through and through, and we'd come back just to stay here again.

We came to see the saline and hadn't expected to find such a beautiful place. Arc en Sel was a wonderful choice, with clean, comfortable rooms and lovely surroundings. The food and service were unbeatable. Sandra took care of every detail and made us feel at home, while she and Andre make an amazing team. We'd definitely return to enjoy more of the delicious dishes Chef Andre cooked for us. Highly recommend.

A lovely hidden gem, and such a feel-good place. Sandra and her husband have created somewhere with lots of charm where you feel at home right away. Great for treating yourself to yummy food and a taste of joie de vivre in Burgundy. We'll definitely be back!
