The location was excellent and having parking access was useful, and the apartment was clean enough. But the noise made our stay a mixed one. We were in ground-floor apartment #5 in Arcachon for three nights, December 30th to January 2nd, and the soundproofing from upstairs was very poor. People partied late into the night for two nights in a row. The manager didn't get back to us for 24 hours and said she'd lost her phone. I won't rent this apartment again.

I stayed in the ground-floor Alpinia apartment. At 70m2, it's a great fit for five or six people. The location is fantastic, right in the centre and only a two-minute walk from the beach. The apartment has everything, including access to a shared washing machine. Its private courtyard is well laid out, so you can eat there instead of having to go out twice a day.

The hostess was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed, especially a fully equipped kitchen. It's right next to the market, which is a very convenient location. Everything was great, I recommend it.

We've always had a very warm welcome, and the apartments are comfortable and well equipped, with good bedding. The location is ideal: a 50-meter walk to the beach, right in the shopping street, and two minutes on foot from the Halles market. Moorish Park and Winter Town are 10 minutes away, and Eyrac pier is five minutes away. Highly recommended.

We rented the apartment off-season. It showed some wear and was tucked at the back of an inner courtyard, so it didn't get much light. The welcome was friendly, though. The residence is large and surely has brighter apartments.
