We booked directly with Béatrice, who lives on-site and was available to advise us and help with what we needed. That was a real advantage. The garden-facing apartment was quiet, and the residence is very well located. Everything worked, though the residence isn't new and the apartment could do with some updating. We spent a week there in very favorable weather and had an excellent stay in Arcachon.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, with only a few minor things to mention. The memory foam mattress was fine, except it wasn't the same shape as mine. We stayed five days as a family of four in the ground-floor extra apartment for 4/6 people. It had loads of space, 75m², and a large, very quiet terrace. The spot was ideal, 400m from the market square and 600m from the harbor, with plenty of shops nearby. The large Moorish garden was great for a stroll and watching the sunset. Parking was handy, as spaces near the city center can be expensive. Reception is at 14 Allée de la Chapelle, a bit of a walk. A very good stay, I recommend it.

The garden-facing terrace was lovely, large, and a real plus. The apartment is ideally located, with a nice underground parking space, though that was partially flooded. We were welcomed quickly and in a really friendly way.

We got upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment, which was great for our friends who joined us. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and there was no noise from the courtyard. The location was very convenient, parking was free, and the electronic shutters were a plus. A few things could be improved: we knew there was no air conditioning, and the stove and sofa were quite worn. Still, a fantastic stay.
