La Pergola is right in the heart of Arcachon, and it's very well placed for the price. The rooms are small but spotless, breakfast is very good, and the service is superb. If you're visiting, it makes a good base. About three blocks behind the hotel, you can catch the yellow number 3 bus to the dunes.

The owners are lovely, and the rooms are clean and a decent size. The hotel is downtown Arcachon, about eight minutes from the train station and five from the beach. There's a supermarket just around the corner, open every day of the week. Continental breakfast can be brought to the room at no extra charge. It's pet-friendly and has air conditioning. I'd recommend staying here, and hope to return.

The hotel is in a great spot, and parking at Indigo can be reserved a couple of blocks away, which was really convenient. Our room was cozy and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We had a very nice stay.

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced, but the room was very small. On our last booking we were told it was full, yet when we arrived it was empty.
