Béatrice was kind and professional, and we had a wonderful stay in a fantastic two-bedroom apartment. It had a sunny balcony overlooking the street, plus free secure parking. The location was ideal, just steps from Parc Mauresque and the city center. We'll definitely be back!

Maxime was incredibly efficient and helpful, and did his best to make guests happy. The apartment was clean and simple, with a terrace and garden furniture, and it's ideally located in the city center with parking. The furniture was worn: the sofa was dirty, torn, and damaged, and the table was very worn too. There were no curtains despite the view from the neighbors. And Wi-Fi wasn't free, what kind of joke is that in a place claiming to be luxurious?!

The apartment had a nice terrace of over 20m², good-sized bedrooms with plenty of storage, and secure indoor parking, which was convenient at this time of year. But the apartment was in a deplorable state when we arrived on September 10th at 5 pm. After an eight-hour drive, we ended up doing the cleaning ourselves once the receptionist had assessed the condition. There were many other problems. My wife tried to make tea with the hot water bottle, but it was faulty and tripped the circuit breaker, including the one for the refrigerator. The next morning we found the fridge had no power and all our food was ruined. I reset the breaker, and a few hours later the fridge was frosting up and freezing some items. Some electrical outlets didn't work, the damaged skylight blind kept our room dark for 15 days, and the bathroom sink drain didn't work, among other things. We contacted Bordeaux, the same people who took the reservation, and they told us to write to customer service. I emailed the following Monday and got no reply. I sent another email the next Monday. They said they hadn't received anything but were taking my request into account. Two days later, they said, "We've replaced the kettle. As for the fridge, lower the thermostat and we'll see..." We got no compensation for the lost food, and they didn't even offer to provide the same cleaning service we had to do on arrival and departure. We're outraged at how Estivelle treats its customers. The apartment was in a good location in Acarchon, with large rooms and good amenities, plus a new elevator. But the rooms needed renovation, the fridge was in disrepair, the cutlery was worn, the beds were bad 🙈, and 40% of the lights didn't work. There was a parking space in the building patio, up to 2 m high, but space no. 12 was hard to use because a cupboard obstructed the driveway. The main road was extremely noisy, and there was constant construction noise. The apartments that used to be off the street have been sold. 2020 was the crash!! There was no COVID-19 concept 🛑🛑. Nothing had been disinfected, and the switches, bathroom, and toilet were only moderately clean. Apartment no. 12 had the street noise, plus masses of mosquitoes because the roof drainage was full of leaves and dirt. The streetlights were directly level with apartment no. 12. Interchalet no longer seems to care about the quality paying customers receive and responds in a dismissive, callous way 💩💩💩.
