The beach is about a two-minute walk away, and from there you can pick up the boardwalk or cycle path into town. It takes around 15 minutes and goes past two piers. The breakfast and the daytime snacks and drinks were very welcome, though I’d like to see a few more choices. Our room was a decent size, with modern furniture and a slightly industrial feel. It had a cute balcony and a big double shower. I’d echo other guests’ comments about cleanliness, the Wi-Fi, and the lack of bedside tables and drinking glasses. Most of those things should be easy to sort out. The young receptionist with dark hair was faultless. She was welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. Most of the other staff were friendly and helpful too.

The women working there were so friendly, and everything was in good shape and very clean. We rented bikes from a nearby place, and the hotel had somewhere to store them, which was handy. I’d gladly stay again.

We stayed last week and got the room at a very good price. The front desk staff were lovely, and the hotel looked newly built or renovated. They upgraded our room simply because it was available, which made us really happy. Highly recommend.

It’s just a short walk to the beach, around three minutes, and you can follow the beach boardwalk into town. I’d suggest hiring a bike while you’re in Arcachon, and the hotel has plenty of secure storage for them. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and cleaned every day. I highly recommend this hotel.
