Camping Sol Y Mar

Our mobile home was filthy when we arrived, and it didn't have glasses, bowls, bin bags, dish soap or sponges. The campsite was badly maintained and so dirty that we only used the pool once in the whole week. I had to clear away animals and leaves myself so my children could use it, and the water slides were very dirty too. The water features weren't working and the laundry facilities were closed. We complained, but there was no compensation or consideration for customers. Completely disappointing and unacceptable. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

We've been coming here for two years. The family atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are attentive and quick to respond. The team keeps things lively, with activities for children all week. There's a nice pool with sun loungers, a whirlpool area, a paddling pool for toddlers, and slides. Kids also have a play area with a slide and walkway. From behind the pool, a little path leads to the sea, about a 10-minute walk away.

We stayed for a week, and the accommodation was clean. Check-in was easy from 2 pm, and the place is easy to reach by car with good signs. The pool is on the small side, and a number of the sun loungers are broken. They have activities for children but nothing for adults. Still, it's acceptable for a week's stay.

The setting was peaceful and beautiful, with tourist attractions nearby, and the campsite had plenty to keep us occupied. The pool was clean and supervised, the entertainment varied and well organized, and the kids' club was fantastic. The themed evenings and shows brought everyone together in a friendly atmosphere. The pitches were spacious, well cared for and nicely shaded, and the sanitary facilities were spotless, cleaned several times a day. From our arrival, the welcome was warm and professional. Staff were friendly, helpful and ready to assist. Thanks to the whole team for their hard work. We had an exceptional holiday, whether relaxing or staying active, and will definitely be back. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a successful holiday.
