We had a pleasant stay in this quiet residence, with shops and especially the beach close by. Having private, gated parking in the heart of Argelès-sur-Mer was a real plus, and the small apartments were still big enough for a vacation. The owners were sour and clearly don't like tourists. I found the pool rules too strict for families with children: no jumping, balls, buoys or snorkels, and there weren't enough sun loungers.

We can leave the car in the residence lot and walk everywhere, which is a welcome relief from the crowds looking for parking by the beach or port at all hours. The pool is handy for cooling off too. We're having a wonderful stay.

Everything is within walking distance from this well-located residence, and I'd recommend it. We visited in July, when the pool was unavailable because of state restrictions. The grounds were clean and people polite. The apartments are small but fine for a vacation. Our car stuck out past the parking space, which could be a little wider.

We rented for a week in mid-August. The residence is secure and quiet, and the beach is just 3-4 minutes away. It's well placed between the port and the Argeles area with all its shops. There's a pool, though it gets very crowded. I recommend it.
