Don't stay here. The place was dirty, with broken furniture, very old things and uncomfortable beds. We were made to feel under threat of fines for cleaning or missing items. We had to make our own bed; there wasn't even a rubbish bag in the bin, and the chairs had been left on top of the table. The car park is outside and open to the street, so it didn't feel safe at all. All that for 80€ a night for a one-bedroom apartment.

Hi, this was the worst experience I've ever had, and Vacanceole still hasn't responded to sort the issue out. I'm sorry an organization treats customers this way when it says customer satisfaction matters so much. I told the front desk we weren't satisfied. The room wasn't right for three people and smelled bad. I also explained that my children were very sad. The receptionist understood and promised a refund, but didn't offer us any alternative. We didn't use the room. That's not right, is it? Maybe I'm just a customer to you and it isn't a lot of money, but I had to work hard to afford this vacation for my kids.

The apartment was dirty and run-down, with a broken sofa and two missing tables and a lamp. I was embarrassed to show it to friends. Maintenance was very poor, and reception didn't help me. We expect you to renovate the apartment at your expense.

The studio is tiny for what it costs, and the service wasn't good. The bed wasn't really a bed, just a canapé.

There were stains on the walls, cupboard doors in bad shape, and broken glasses, plates and cups. The house was dirty too. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
