The food was the best we’ve had in this region, easily 12/10. The whole experience felt exceptional, with a lovely atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everyone was attentive and engaging, and took time to chat with us. From the welcome at the door through to the goodbye, the service was perfect, friendly, and full of character. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was a delight, imaginative but simple, with the quality of the ingredients bringing out their flavor. It was our twentieth visit to the Aubrac region, and this has been our best experience so far. The place is modern, admittedly brand new, tasteful apart from the artist currently exhibiting, very clean, and perfectly equipped. After a night at a 4-star hotel in Rodez, we arrived somewhere far superior in every way. It’s a pleasure to see people who truly excel at their work.

The rooms were excellent, the service was great, and the cocktails and flavorful dishes were delicious, with the flair of a top chef. What an incredible find this hotel and restaurant is, probably the best I’ve ever been to. Huge congratulations to the owners, who have achieved perfection. Bravo! 👏

Breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the jams. The hotel is clean, modern, and pleasant, and we had an excellent stay. Mathilde gave us such a warm welcome, friendly and smiling, with excellent, warm, attentive service. Thank you so much! We’d gladly come back often.
