I was impressed by this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with enough space even in the smallest ones. It seemed expensive at first, but it really wasn't. The women at reception were welcoming and lovely, and they helped me a lot.

Getting around was easy, with a bus stop just a short walk away and buses that were simple to navigate. The front desk staff were very helpful, and we loved the hotel. Our room was clean, and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

The ground floor common rooms were lovely, with books and games, and the hosts kept a discreet presence. Breakfast was plentiful and nice, the beds were comfortable, and highway noise didn't disturb our sleep. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and having parking included was a big plus. The new owners have just taken over and are getting ready to renovate the bathrooms. They're functional now, but could use refreshing. Good value, and I'd recommend it.

The food here is really good. The air conditioning took a little figuring out at first, and although there's a busy street right beside the hotel, it wasn't loud at all.

We arrived without a booking and got the last room. We hadn't realized Arles would be packed for the Feria (Corridas) at the Arena and Europe's most important photographic exhibition. Lisa greeted us with a big smile and a really professional manner, then filled us in on everything we might need. The hotel is well placed, about a 20-minute walk even without a car. There's also plenty of parking a three-minute drive away, at 0,40€ per hour. The highway is right beside the hotel, but it was very quiet inside and we slept well. The atmosphere was great. I'd highly recommend it.
