The setting is idyllic for relaxing, and the staff are very capable. The place is clean and well maintained, with a warm welcome. The sanitary facilities are overdue for an update. I’d recommend staying here, especially outside peak season, when it’s less crowded, since the jacuzzi has just four seats.

The welcome was good, but at €145 a night we expected a basic level of quality. The minibar didn’t work, the towels and blankets felt rough, and a massage wasn’t available. Opening and closing times weren’t kept, and getting peace and quiet was a toss-up. We couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise. Breakfast was mediocre, and there was hair in the fruit salad, which had gone bad. For a lower price, we might have been more forgiving, but this fell short of what we expected.

I received a Smartbox wellness package for two. At reception, they asked why we were there before barely saying hello. We were told there was a sauna, a pool, and complimentary tea in the relaxation room. The place was filthy and deserted. By the pool were two old loungers with sun-faded mattresses covered in bird droppings, so we left and went to the sauna. I didn’t even sit down there. The so-called relaxation room had three more loungers in the same condition, plus mud and shoe marks, mold on the windows, and an old kettle caked with limescale. A few dull glasses and tea bags were set out on a low table for self-service. A disgrace!

The 45-minute Signature massage was so gentle and relaxing, and the masseuse was pleasant and very skilled. The atmosphere was relaxing too. A perfect treatment, highly recommended, and thanks again to her.

We booked a relaxing massage for two, but it was a basic massage with no warmth at all. They refused ANCV payment even though they’re listed on the ANCV website, saying the checks had already been sent. I’ve never been to another spa that offered no drinks afterward, with staff saying they weren’t “the Salvation Army.” This place feels like a tourist trap. In Arles, there are other spas that are much more professional and welcoming. I’d avoid this one.
