The pool and grounds were really nice, and that's what earned the two stars. We stayed one night as a family. The room was fine and spacious enough, nothing fancy but it did the job. The Wi-Fi and coffee machine in our room didn't work. Cleanliness was below par, with insects in the room, stains on the kitchen sink and bathroom, and dust all over the hallways and lobby. We had to ask staff three times for the baby crib we'd requested in our reservation.

For a cheap resort in an okay location, this was fine for one night. Staff were friendly, the rooms clean and modern, and the beds okay. They tried to sell us the all-inclusive package, but we just had breakfast. It was okay for the price, though the music was terrible and the scrambled eggs were weird. Call to reserve, as it works out cheaper. We paid 100€ for one room and night with breakfast for four people, while Tripadvisor showed 120€.

After a long drive we walked into a filthy room. It clearly hadn't been cleaned: used towels on the floor, dishes in the sink, dirty used bedding, and a disgusting bathroom. We called again and again, but nobody answered. One star is generous. It should be zero. Horrible!

We had to switch apartments four times in eight days, dealing with no electricity, a wrong booking, a blocked sewer, and all sorts of other problems. The apartments were tatty and untidy, needed paint, and had mould on the walls. Water wouldn't drain in the shower. Reception staff weren't very polite either. It was a waste of money and a string of bad experiences. We won't return.

A damp patch by the light switch, flaking plaster, and a dank smell masked with perfumed spray. The shower room was under 2 metres by 1 metre. I paid 112 euros for one night in a depressing old-style holiday camp, not a hotel.
