Brit Hotel Le Cottage

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. They spoke English, which made things easier for us. Our room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. There isn't a kettle in the room, but we got hot drinks at the bar. There is also a handy water station near reception with sparkling, still, and hot water. The location, comfort, and service were all great, and we'd stay again.

A good option near Le Mans, with friendly staff and good food.

The restaurant has plenty of seats and affordable prices, and there's a large fenced car park that felt secure. The garden outside is beautifully landscaped and nice to walk through. The hotel was clean, with a mix of modern touches and a few odd design choices: there are paper sheets instead of toilet paper rolls, and the shower light switch was hard to find. The room was small, with a low ceiling and tiny bathroom, though the Le Mans motorsport theme gives it a distinctive feel. There’s also a shoe-cleaning machine. The hotel has a lift and wheelchair ramp, and check-in was quick and efficient. The receptionist's English was about 7/10. Clean and well maintained, with good facilities. I'd rate it 9/10, though the room size and quirks may not suit everyone.

The restaurant is the best in the area, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel looks great from outside, but the rooms are old and small, and they smell bad. At least there was plenty of warm water, though the bath and shower were very small too. Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and fast enough for watching movies.
