Les Provinciales Hotel & Restaurent

The room worked well for a stopover. My double room for one cost €65, and the bed was pretty good; the bathroom was fine. The staff were very friendly. I can't say how other dishes might have been, since I'm only describing what I was served, but the food I tried was terrible. I didn't try breakfast. The menu du jour started with tomatoes and mozzarella that tasted as if they'd come straight from the microwave, with no seasoning. I sent back the next plate too: reheated precooked spaghetti, overdone and unseasoned, with romanesco cooked to death and three pieces of “Chorizo.” It felt more like hospital food than French cuisine. After some discussion, I chose a burger. It might have been OK if the bun had been toasted, but everything except the meat was fridge-cold. In response to Laure, sorry for the inconvenience. I'm just rating my own experience as a paying customer and getting to the point. I honestly can't say whether anything else from the restaurant would have been better or worse.
