The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. It's a bit out of the way, behind the Renault dealership. My only other gripe was that there were no coffee-making facilities in the room. They show up in some pictures, but the machines were all in a storeroom downstairs. Once the front desk closed, there wasn't anywhere to sit and relax except in your room.

Just outside Arras, it was a handy base for reaching the Somme battlefields. The place was tidy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. There's a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, and the price wasn't too high.

BEWARE, this hotel charged us too much after we left. We chased them repeatedly over three weeks. At first they said they would correct the “error,” but since then we've heard nothing, despite following up again. We've now taken it to our bank. We're understandably very unhappy and won't use this hotel chain again.

I wouldn’t recommend it.

What a nice surprise. This little hotel deserves the kind words. Breakfast had a great range of quality food, and the room was comfortable with a good mattress, coffee, and bottled water. The staff were lovely and helpful in the evening and again in the morning. The room itself is simple, but very well equipped. Thanks, Brit Hotel.
