The photos suggest an exceptional, decorated and comfortable apartment, but that wasn’t what we found. It was dirty, with dust, mold, dirty dishes, stained sheets and smelly towels, and clearly hadn’t been maintained. We had to clean just to sit on the toilet seat. It was also poorly equipped, with little furniture, no amenities, and old or cheap appliances. There were no toiletries or cleaning products, despite what was advertised. The price stayed the same, even though the standard clearly didn’t match. If the standard has been lowered, the listing and rates should be changed.
