Rodney welcomed us and treated us like family from the start. The room was magnificent, and my husband still talks about the breakfast croissants. We also enjoyed hearing about the building’s history. It’s a wonderful place to stay. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Arras is an underpublicised gem, and we wish we’d had more than one night there. The house is gorgeous and very clean. We stayed in the loft, which was really comfortable. Hosts Philippe and Rodney were lovely and gave us helpful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Breakfast was excellent, especially their homemade apricot jam.

A magical, homely place, with stylish touches and such attention to detail. The hosts were fantastic. Breakfast was outstanding, and wow, there was a whole cabinet full of teas to choose from.
