The setting was lovely, and the staff were friendly. But the facilities need attention. The showers were almost never hot, and finding our pitch took ages because the spots weren't clearly marked. There was never any toilet paper in the evening or at night, and the area had no lighting. One loose tile had a hole beneath it by the sanitary block. I nearly got hurt on it, and I saw a child get hurt too. These are basic things the owners should be noticing. Two stars, one for the surroundings and one for the staff.

We were close to a big, lovely lake, and the staff were good. The place was pretty clean, though it could use some TLC. Still, it was amazing and I'd definitely go back.

That view was something else. I couldn't wait to open my tent each morning and watch the sun come up. I stayed here at the beginning of August and had a lovely time, though it was so dusty my feet never seemed to stay clean.

Two weeks of sun, insects, the lake, and real wildlife. It was great fun. The only reason it's not a five is that the toilets and showers may be too far away, and there were problems with the toilets at night.
