The bad weather and long queues at every Paris landmark were easier to bear thanks to the hotel's quality. We stayed in mid February 2026 and really enjoyed the visit. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with friendly staff and public transport just 2 minutes away, including a regional train into Paris. Since we had two children with us, they gave us two adjoining rooms with connecting doors. Parking costs extra, but still feels like very good value for Paris. Rooms are cleaned daily, and they replaced the coffee machines' pods, tea, and water every day. There's a boulangerie and supermarket across the street. A little over a 5-minute walk west brings you to bistros and fast food places, and walking the other way leads to a large shopping mall. That walk goes through construction zones and industrial areas, so it may not be as pleasant, but it's perfectly doable. We'd definitely try to book here again on a future visit.

The room was fine and the stay was okay, but I checked out after three days and I'm still waiting for my 90 euros deposit. They said it would be returned in 3-4 days. Whenever I call, they don't offer a solution and are a bit rude.
10/10
This is a modern area with new buildings, almost like a newly developed neighborhood. The price is good for Paris, lower than in the inner city. The room was clean and bright, and customer service was very nice. The RER Les Gressilons train is very close, about 200m away, and takes you into the city. Right by the hotel are a boulangerie, Carrefour market, and a nice restaurant open until midnight.
4/10
The rooms were nice, and the location near the RER C station was convenient. The rest of the service was disappointing and well below what I expected. I stayed three nights with my parents, and we checked in late. The only male receptionist on duty was dismissive despite our politeness. Buying a bottle of water meant waiting almost 30 minutes at reception because he was the only one there. I then had to wait again while he tried to find out the price, and even though it was already late, he told me to come back downstairs in 30 minutes to pay. Nothing was restocked during our stay.
10/10
The room was clean and new, and the staff were kind and helpful. One staff member helped us heat our food and was very proactive about finding us a car park. Thanks! The hotel is near the train station, and an Uber to Paris takes only about 30 minutes.
