The frogs' legs were delicious, with subtle flavors and ingredients that really came through. We had a lovely family meal at La Parenthèse, too. From the start, the welcome was warm, attentive, and professional. Thanks to the Chef. We absolutely loved it, and it's a must for food lovers.

The food was okay, but the wait was long enough that I wouldn't recommend it for children. Service was really unprofessional. I asked where the fish came from and got, “From the river.” I said I meant where exactly, but my dish was ordered anyway. It took another hour, and me asking again, before I got a vague answer. It was clear she hadn't checked. The restaurant doesn't seem to know the origins of its products, even though the menu is supposed to list where animal protein comes from. I'm not happy at all.

We've stayed here four times now, and everything has been very good: the welcome, rooms, and food. This year the rooms have air conditioning, too. Thanks, and please don't change a thing.

After more than five hours of nonstop live music at a wedding in Attignat, my musical duo and I were ready for a real bed. We found one here, ultra-comfortable, in a peaceful place where we could recover physically and vocally after performing. What I'll remember just as much is how kind the owner and her daughter were. They made us feel welcome and were there when needed without being intrusive, a thoughtful touch when we're rushing between events. We travel a lot for performances, from cocktail parties to ceremonies and dances, and it's rare to come across such a welcoming place. This gem is going in our travel journals. Huge thanks, and maybe we'll meet again after another concert nearby.
