The man at reception didn’t speak any English, which made it really hard to explain the wheelchair problem. We’d checked before booking and were told the place had wheelchair access, but there was none when we arrived. The doorway to our room was so narrow I couldn’t get to the other side, and I had to drag myself across the floor that first night. Nobody helped us find somewhere else to stay. The room smelled horribly of cigarettes, and we woke up with very sore throats after breathing it in all night. The curtains were see-through, and whenever someone came into the corridor the light switched on, so our room kept lighting up. The stairs looked awful too. I wish I could give this zero stars. It was the worst experience I’ve had as a wheelchair user. Please don’t book here.

I stayed for a week, and the reception was open around the clock. The staff there were helpful. There’s a drinks and snacks vending machine on the ground floor, and Moroccan restaurants nearby. The supermarket is about a seven-minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated, with a wooden floor and charging sockets beside the bed. The bathroom was clean too, and shampoo and towels were provided. They brought fresh towels and cleaned the room each day. Metro line 12 is only a five-minute walk away, and most central attractions take around 35-45 minutes to reach.

I got a full refund, luckily, because I couldn’t stay there. The floors were sticky, there was stuff under the bed, stains on the bed, dirty towels, and the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. The TV didn’t work and the sink was blocked.

The hotel itself is good, but I didn’t like the environment around it.

Very badly managed. I wouldn’t call this a hotel.
