I lost $800 USD over an online booking I’d made here by accident. I tried to cancel straight away, but despite several calls, emails, and going there in person, the hotel said it wasn’t their responsibility or that they couldn’t do anything. Don’t go.

The rooms were clean and functional, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s close to the metro, so getting around Paris was easy.
