I wish I’d checked the reviews before reserving. Our trip wasn’t booked as changeable, but a passport problem came up unexpectedly and we had to postpone. The hotel never replied to our emails, or to the booking company. The company said it couldn’t change the booking or issue a refund without the hotel’s approval, and the hotel didn’t answer them either. When we called, the staff were rude and unwilling to help. It was clear why they hadn’t been responding. They left us in a very difficult position over something unexpected, even though hotels in other countries had been able to make changes for us. They could at least have offered help with a later date. I already hated this hotel before we even arrived. Things shouldn’t be this difficult in this day and age. Please show some understanding when people run into problems. Keep in mind before booking that they may not help if something goes wrong.

This was my third time staying here, and I’ll definitely come back. The staff were as kind and welcoming as before, always greeting us with a smile and waving goodbye when we left. They’re there to help at all times. The rooms are clean, the metro is just steps away, and the parking is excellent. I stayed with my son this time, and it’s very child-friendly.

Breakfast was nice, and the place was cosy and clean. A male staff member wearing black glasses was really kind and helpful. I did have two complaints: there was no hand soap, and a long-haired woman on staff was really rude.

The Aime Cesaire metro station is only two minutes away, making it easy to get into central Paris. The Eiffel Tower and the Champ-Elisees are about 25 minutes away by metro. Rooms are basic but comfortable, with continental buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds comfortable, the rooms clean, and the shower had a good water jet.
