The grounds and pool area are well kept, but the accommodation we got through Vacanceole was scruffy and run down, with no air conditioning, dirt throughout, and basics such as crockery and bed linen missing despite the extortionate fees for them. This is supposed to be a three star residence, but it felt like a low two star one. It’s a mix of private and Vacanceole operated units. There are no staff around, and the cleaners seem to give the place only the lightest once over. Evenings are spoiled by loud groups on the terraces. Dog mess is left everywhere, which apparently is accepted by the French. Security is non-existent, and cars are regularly broken into overnight.

I own a property here, and parking has become a problem since the operators stopped people parking and unloading close to the property they’ve rented. Some dog owners are irresponsible and don’t clean up after their dogs. There’s also discontent among the other homeowners, and it feels like a dictatorship under Opeleo and Vacanceole.

You’ll definitely need a car, since the residence isn’t close to the city center or anything else. It’s a quiet, pleasant place with a pool, gym and kids’ area. The villas are comfortable, very clean and well maintained, making it a good fit for families.

We love coming back here. It’s a fantastic place in the heart of Provence, well suited to a family stay, even for just a few days. The kids have a nice swimming pool.
