The breakfast felt like no effort had gone into it: just jam and pre-warmed pain au chocolates, despite the farm having no butter, yogurt, or eggs to offer. There aren’t any supermarkets or good restaurants nearby, either. The room was awful, with dust everywhere and hair in the shower. It was unhygienic and not worth it.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the farm itself was beautiful. Brigitte was such a friendly host, and the village locals made us feel welcome at the pub. We loved our stay.

You have to keep your eyes open to find this place. It’s a very clean, traditional gite in a converted barn, with a traditional French breakfast. A lovely choice if you appreciate tradition.
