Ibis Aulnay Paris Nord Expo

This place was not suitable for us, and I was unhappy with the management's attitude. The two women at reception were more helpful than the others. The duty manager gets to decide whether breakfast is served and can remove major items, like scrambled eggs, then tell you, "You wasted them yesterday. There's no egg today." That isn't acceptable.

Fine for a night, but nothing special. The room was small and fairly clean, while the bathroom was poorly designed. Breakfast wasn't great, though tea and coffee were available. There was also an odd smell coming from the black boxes in the hallways, maybe for disinfecting the air.

The rooms were clean, but too cramped to leave space for luggage. Breakfast was good, though most of the options were bread. The staff were a bit rude and not cooperative with us. There's a lot of room for improvement.

I won't be coming back. The parking door was jammed, and we had to wait a long time for someone to come open it. There were lots of animals around the hotel, too. Management came across as bossy, and two men struck me as racist. Nobody greeted people passing by, though the admin lady was fine. These two men should remember that we're customers, not hotel employees.
