Those quiet mornings with fresh crepes outside were something special, and the meals cooked over the open fire were both rustic and gourmet. Julien and Megan made us feel cared for from the minute we arrived. The food, wine, and accommodations were all five-star, but their heartfelt hospitality is what made the place stand out. They know the area well and have such a gracious way about them. It felt luxurious and homey at once. We can't wait to return. John and Angie, Mark and Jennifer

The afternoons were a highlight for my daughters, playing soccer, swimming and cards with Julian and Megan's children. We all felt right at home. Rouge Bordeaux B&B was a lovely surprise for our family, even though we travel often and had never stayed at a B&B quite like it. Julian & Megan made it memorable, and Julian's gourmet breakfasts were fantastic. The charming room had plenty of space for four and was very comfortable for a family. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy Bordeaux and the vineyards. —-Stewart & Betty (Darcy and Jamie)

The food was beyond amazing, with every plate served with love and laughter, as if we were already family. The hosts also arranged local experiences, from tours with the community and a winery to the Dunes, plus treats at local shoppes and oysters houses. Everything felt thoughtful and full of intention. My husband and I came for a coaching retreat hosted by the one and only Hayden Lee. That weekend at Rouge Bordeaux left us forever changed and inspired. The place is clean and carefully put together, and the energy flows through the outreach room the owners and hosts designed themselves. Megan and Julien are a big part of what makes this a true gem in the South of France. The French countryside setting brings together heart, mind, body and soul in a thoughtful, engaging, inspiring way. If you're looking for an experience that reconnects you, I highly recommend Rouge Bordeaux. I hope many more people get to make wonderful memories here.

We stayed several nights before heading to a wedding, and the mix of activity and downtime was just right. Loved the whole experience, and the food was amazing. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Meghan and Julien!

Our group got a special look at the Auros community, including a visit to a local vineyard and a meeting with the mayor. Chef Julien cooked top notch French food and even showed us how to make the famous Tarte Tintin dessert. I hosted a retreat here recently, and it was spectacular. The house pairs awe-inspiring rustic early 1800's French architecture with modern comfort and style inside. Megan and Julien are amazing hosts, with a real connection to the local people and culture, and hospitality that goes above and beyond. I'd highly recommend Rouge Bordeaux for an authentic, immersive French countryside stay, whether for a vacation or a professional retreat. You will not be disappointed.
