Our large family had an excellent stay in this beautifully renovated holiday complex. The kids' club was fantastic, run expertly by two energetic activity leaders, and the south-facing rooms were comfortable. The buffet meals were very good. A big thank you to the welcoming, professional and attentive team. We highly recommend it for a winter holiday.

We had a wonderful time on our February 2026 holiday and this was our second stay at Fleur et Neige. It’s a small family-run club in the heart of Aussois resort, with a package that works really well for a relaxing week with the family. I’d have liked a little more variety in the menus, though.

We left feeling refreshed after a great week as a family, thanks to the whole team and management. Their smiles and hard work made it feel like everyone was focused on helping us enjoy the holiday. The staff were attentive, dedicated and available while still being discreet. There were activities for adults and children, with thanks to the entertainment team and the visiting instructors who shared their love of the mountains. The meals were fresh, balanced and varied. I saw the morning deliveries, so I can say most products were seasonal and fresh, and breakfast had a great choice of fresh breads. The clean rooms were a decent size, and the village-centre location worked perfectly for a stay with children.

I was here on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is great, the pool is excellent, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I’d happily return.
