I'd give it 9/10 for the great location, fantastic view over the old city, and friendly staff. The rooms are a little small, but clean and comfortable. The annoying part was getting online: they send a code to your email, but you need an internet connection to retrieve it. Without a SIM card, you're out of luck.

The girl at reception was really helpful, and the hotel is a stone's throw from Auxerre centre, with restaurants nearby and great views. Parking was handy, with a full-size space for €10 or a smaller one that fits a motorbike for €5. It's a friendly, well-located budget hotel with unbeatable value for money and everything you need for a short stay. The room was lovely and air-conditioned, and the ensuite was lovely too.

Great front desk service. The rooms are small but cozy, and the bathroom was first-rate. Everything was really, really clean!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and priced very reasonably, and it was clean, comfortable, modern, and reasonably quiet.

As in the other Accor hotels we've stayed at, the location was great and the staff were helpful.
