10/10
Sarah, Responsable commerciale, deserves a special mention for her professionalism and support. I’ve been organizing our annual meeting at this hotel for several years, and it’s been a great experience every time.
6/10
We wanted a pool somewhere near Espalion, so we changed our booking and stayed here for my husband’s birthday. The food was average, and the hotel felt more geared toward conferences.
10/10
The staff were extremely helpful, and the location was very convenient for our stop between Lozere and Toulouse. We stayed one night in a nice, comfortable room and had access to a great swimming pool. A lovely little hotel for travelers.
4/10
There was some good wine, but the place felt lifeless. The pool wasn’t deep enough, the hot tub was cold, and the TV wouldn’t work for sports. The barman left a huge mess by the TV area, then seemed proud of himself for cleaning it up. Service was close to lousy, including what felt like a guilt trip from staff. The spa personnel were grossly unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in helping further.
10/10
The spa center is awesome, and the staff are superb.
