Lunch on the terrace was marvelous, with a beautiful view, and we got some useful tips for exploring the city since we didn’t know it well. We had a wonderful stay in Guillaume's bubble. Our host’s warm welcome put us at ease as soon as we arrived, then we got a really informative tour of the houseboat before going to our accommodation. Thank you for such a special experience.

The barge is in a beautiful spot, with a superb view, and the hosts were so attentive. I invited my best friend for this bubble-like stay in June. It was a first for both of us and we had an amazing time, falling asleep while looking at the stars. I highly recommend the experience.

The only tricky part was finding the right boat at the riverbank, since the names of the different barges aren’t clearly marked. Once there, we were amazed by how beautifully furnished the barge was, with all the comforts. There was clean water in the fridge for free, plus a welcome bottle of wine, and coffee and other things were available. It isn’t air conditioned, just has fans. Highly recommended.

It’s a lovely escape from the bustle of Avignon, while still being so close to the city. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and showed us around their houseboat, telling us its history. Renting the bubble was a fantastic experience. Don’t hesitate, it was a beautiful moment under a starry sky and at a magnificent sunrise.
