The workers came into our room in the morning while my family and I were still asleep, with no warning. They also walked around the shared dining area in dirty work clothes, handling bread and drinking coffee. I felt there was no privacy or safety at all, and honestly it was frightening to stay there. When I raised these problems, the administration accused me of lying. That was shocking and unacceptable. We’d come from Spain and had stayed with this hotel chain in other cities, where things had gone well. We arrived late at night and didn’t have a real chance to refuse the room through the administration. It was full of mold, and only then did we realize the whole hotel was being renovated. There was a horrible sewage smell everywhere. This stay was a nightmare. Never stay here. Never.

The rooms were tiny, dirty, uncomfortable, and smelled bad. We chose this place because the advertising made it look really clean, which was the main thing we wanted. It turned out to be the opposite. I wouldn’t bring my family here for a decent place to sleep. Choose another hotel.

The woman with black hair was the sweetest, but the man was awful. I hope she finds her voice, and I hope someone tells him to get lost. He doesn’t belong in hospitality. He wouldn’t even look at me or answer me. The rooms are small and smell horrible. This completely ruined my trip. Take my advice seriously, spend a few bucks more. If you still go on this adventure, demand that the guy walk with you and don’t pay anything. If you want an adventure that costs 100 EURO per night and want people to steal from you, this is the place to be.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms are really, really small, and the bathroom is even tinier. Fine for one night, just not somewhere I’d want to stay longer.

A good place for a one night stop. The room was clean and came with toiletries. It’s isolated, though, so you need a car to get there and back.
