The veranda serves as the kitchen area, with the table and fridge there, and it gets very hot in hot weather. Parking isn’t convenient, so this is better for a short stay. The place is nice and well maintained, though very small. You can arrange the beds as two singles or put them together. The bathroom and shower are nice, and the washing machine works well.
We’d happily come back to this apartment if we return to Avignon. It was a very pleasant base for enjoying the festival, with air conditioning that made the stay blissfully cool. The owners had clearly thought of everything to help us feel at home. There were beauty and cleaning products, laundry detergent, and basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, and mineral water. It was impeccably clean and very well equipped, just as described. There’s a mini-market and a bakery right next door, though the bakery closes on Wednesdays. Parking on the neighboring street was easy. Two bus lines are nearby, and the ramparts are a 15-minute walk away. Highly recommended.
The owners are lovely and very helpful. This well-equipped studio is on a quiet street, about a 10-minute walk from the center of Avignon.
