Hotel Terminus

Saki was very nice and offered friendly service.

The service was excellent.

I needed a room for two nights and called the number posted in the hotel window at 4:10 PM. They told me to wait until 1:30 PM, so I spent 30 minutes waiting outside for nothing before calling again. In the end my mother called, and the person who answered asked who she was. The person on the phone was very angry and spoke so poorly they could hardly express themselves. The service was extremely disappointing. I’d give zero stars if I could, and absolutely don’t recommend this place.

The room was cramped and dark, with poor ventilation and an unpleasant smell. The bedding wasn’t comfortable either, and the sheets were worn and stained. In the restaurant, tables still had traces of earlier meals, and the food was awful, tasteless, and seemed low quality. The restrooms were dirty and badly maintained, which was unpleasant, and the staff came across as disinterested and unprofessional. A disappointing stay in every way. I wouldn’t recommend this place even for one night.
